    Finding my Center

    For the longest time I’ve been looking for a place where I can find my center and my peace, where my yoga practice isn’t viewed as just another dollar sign for a gym, a place where someone cares deeply enough about my spiritual and physical progress all at my own pace. Ana brings that to her yoga practice along with her positive energy and focus on our mental and spiritual journey as well. I hope everyone gets to experience her sessions because for me this whole experience is what yoga is all about.
